Payment terms will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or order documentation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where legally or commercially necessary.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Returns are accepted only where a product is defective or materially does not match the agreed order specification. Any refund or replacement is subject to inspection and approval. The customer must notify us within the claim period stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or order documentation.

Website content, company logos, images and company-owned product designs are the intellectual property of PT Cassy Perak Emas or their respective rights holders. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Ownership and permitted use of client-supplied designs and custom tooling may be addressed separately in the applicable project agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PT Cassy Perak Emas is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
