CAM/CAD & casting
Develop production-ready files from a sketch, sample or reference. Castability, weight, stone tolerance and finish are engineered together for commercial collections.
Primary division · Jewellery manufacturing
PT Cassy Perak Emas manufactures gold and silver jewellery for Indonesian brands and international companies. Bring us a sketch, sample, CAD file or commercial target; we will help turn it into a controlled production programme.

One pillar. Multiple routes.
We treat jewellery as the centre of our manufacturing identity—not an add-on to bullion. Casting, chains, CNC detail, stone setting and finishing are organised around the commercial needs of a collection.
Manufacturing routes
A collection may use one route or bring several together under one development and quality plan.

Develop production-ready files from a sketch, sample or reference. Castability, weight, stone tolerance and finish are engineered together for commercial collections.

Custom chain programmes in 12K, 16K, 18K and 22K, with hollow and dense construction options, refined surface effects and repeat-batch consistency.

Machine-cut and turning-based jewellery for crisp, repeatable detail across bangles, rings, bracelets, pendants and necklaces, including high-lustre surface patterns.

Coordinate stone planning, setting, joining, polishing, texturing and mixed matte/gloss finishes so construction and presentation are resolved as one process.
Supporting capability
Our team learns the client’s design language and develops manufacturable concepts around it.
Prepare gold and silver purities and approved alloys around the agreed product specification.
Engineer weight, wall, strength and casting behaviour to create commercially practical pieces.
Plan seat, tolerance, setting and finishing requirements before the product reaches assembly.
Use polishing, faceting, texture and mixed surface treatments to lift perceived product value.
Align collection design, sampling, repeat production, marking and packaging with the brand programme.
