Bandung manufacturing facility

Jewellery craft supported by industrial production capability.

Our Bandung facility brings together jewellery development, casting, chain work, CNC and surface cutting, minting, metal preparation, stone setting, finishing and inspection. The process is selected around the product—not the other way around.

Precious-metal manufacturing work at a jewellery bench

Core processes

Equipment and craft working as one system.

CAM/CAD & casting

Develop manufacturable files and coordinate casting, weight, construction and stone-setting tolerances.

Chain programmes

Produce lightweight and dense chain constructions across multiple gold purities and surface directions.

CNC, faceting & turning

Use multi-axis cutting and surface machinery for repeatable detail across jewellery categories.

Metal preparation & minting

Melt, roll, anneal, blank and emboss precious metal for jewellery, bars and selected components.

Setting & finishing

Coordinate stone setting, assembly, polishing, texture and mixed matte or gloss surface work.

Final inspection

Review purity, weight, dimensions, surface condition, identification and packing readiness.

How we assess fit

Capability begins with the right production question.

GeometryProduct dimensions, thickness, relief, tolerances, components and assembly requirements.
MaterialMetal, target purity, alloy behaviour, supplied-material arrangement and expected recovery.
FinishPolished, matte, textured or mixed-surface expectations and reference quality.
ScaleTooling cost, trial requirements, batch size, repetition and practical production timing.
